Additionally, similar floor plans of new homes in areas such as Dothan, Alabama; Thomasville, Georgia and Tallahassee, Florida sell for $350,000 - $400,000, giving people the opportunity to own a quality home, in a well-planned neighborhood, located in an area with a lower cost of living.

All homes in Westbrooke Place are certified by FEMA as having a Certificate Category of “X”.  The “X” category exempts a home from flood insurance requirements.
