We have a heart for our community partners: special financing options for healthcare workers, educators, first responders, and veterans!

Currently there are three loan subsidized loan programs via the Georgia Dream Program to help people purchase homes. While there are additional qualifying factors from a lending perspective, an overview of who qualifies includes first-time homebuyers, OR Homebuyers who have not owned a home in the past three years, OR those who purchase a home in qualifying areas  - Seminole County, where Westbrooke Place is located,  is a qualifying area. Georgia Dream

The PEN program provides lower interest rates and downpayment options for first responders, educators and health care workers, while the  CHOICE program is for people with a family member living in the home who has a disability.

Georgia Dream Peach Plus

A mortgage option to help people in rural areas in work force development who don’t  qualify for Georgia Dream.

Peach Select Veteran Assistance

A special Georgia Dream program offering low interest rates for veterans; for this group,  the first-time homeowner status has been waived.
